Our program is based on two key principles: eco-friendly awareness, encouraging environmentally respectful practices, and the development of collective intelligence to foster cooperation and creativity within our team. Together, we work toward a sustainable and inclusive future.
Eco-Friendly Awareness
- An eco-responsible welcome kit for each team member.
- A monthly basket of local fruits and vegetables for a healthy diet.
- Climate Fresk training sessions to better understand and act on environmental challenges.
Collective Development
- Summer University: A special time when our teams gather each year to strengthen bonds, share ideas, and deepen our eco-responsible values.
- Life Makers Universities: Dedicated sessions for skills development and knowledge sharing, supporting our team members as they grow.

Our “LIFE Makers” are at the heart of our mission: guiding every team member to evolve responsibly and collaboratively, much like a bee in its ecosystem. As key actors, Life Makers actively contribute to the development and growth of the LIFE project, reinforcing our collective intelligence and balance. With our WIN-WIN approach, we equip our teams with tools and expertise across three core areas that define our brand.

Life Green Maker
At LIFE Hotels, our Green Makers are the ambassadors of our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives. Their mission: to integrate eco-friendly practices into every aspect of our activities. From resource management to raising awareness among teams and clients, they ensure that “Life is Beautiful” while respecting our planet.
Life Social Maker
Our Social Makers embody our collaborative vision. They ensure that every interaction, whether between colleagues or with our clients, is filled with humanity, attentiveness, and sharing. By strengthening team cohesion and valuing talents, they create an environment where everyone can thrive.
Life Style Maker
The Style Makers are the creators of LIFE Hotels' visual and sensory identity. They design elegant, warm, and timeless spaces, drawing inspiration from sustainability principles. Their goal: to offer a unique style that makes every stay a memorable experience, better than home.
